Elle France

Founder & CEO

Elle France

A native of San Diego, CA, Elle formally established Cosa Salvaje Tequila in June 2015. Her vision was realized after devoting several years toward researching the traditions of tequila, while also respecting Mexican customs and bringing to life what tequila means to her.

A longtime fan of the agave spirit, Elle wanted to create a smooth, sipping liquor that would, “change the face of the tequila drinking experience”.

Her early career was highlighted by 10 years as a marketing executive at No Fear, Inc., a global lifestyle apparel and beverage company based out of Carlsbad, CA. She is a successful entrepreneur, columnist, business owner and has starred in a reality television show.

“My experience with tequila is unlike any other alcohol. It always affected me differently than other liquor and made me feel better. You might say it brought out my wild side… the side of me I love to be! I cannot imagine a better name for my tequila brand, Cosa Salvaje.”

Partner

Tanya Tucker

At the age of 13, the original female country outlaw Tanya Tucker was the youngest female to grace the cover of Rolling Stone Magazine with the message, “You’re Gonna Hear From Me.”

Dubbed as the female Elvis, she achieved mainstream, chart topping success, with 15 number one hits, including famous "Delta Dawn."

Tanya has over forty top 10 hits and twenty-three top 40 albums. The CMA and ACM winning artist was awarded the 2016 ACM Pioneer Award for her over 50 years of success in her longstanding musical career.

In 2022, the two-time Grammy winner released a documentary, “Delta Dawn, Then and Now: The Return of Tanya Tucker.”

“I used to be a wild thing, now I just drink a wild thing! I truly love the taste of Cosa Salvaje and certainly wouldn’t be partnering with it if it didn’t pass my taste test. All my friends did a blind test with different tequilas and Cosa Salvaje was the hands down winner, so I know everyone else is going to enjoy it as much as I do. What’s even more important to me is how the agave and distilling process is environmentally conscious, so we’re taking care of our planet too.”
